Oda Washi's Custom Jutsus.

Keep in mind that I want my character to either be a Jounin or member of Akatsuki. That explains the S and A ranked jutsu.


Ninjutsu

(Custom) Fuuton: Washi - Wind Release: Eagle. Rank: C

The user inhales deeply and blows out compressed air and chakra in the form of eagles. Mostly used as a distraction or to enhance the strength of fire jutsus.

(Custom) Fuuton - Katon : Kamikaze no jutsu - Fire and Wind Release: Heavenly Wind technique. Rank: S

The user inhales deeply and uses a combination of fierce katon with powerful fuuton to blow out a heavenly wind which burns and levels all things before it. Although the jutsu is extremely powerful it requires extremely proficient elemental manipluation and seal speed to pull it off. This jutsu also uses a lot of chakra.

Genjutsu

(Custom) Magen: Washi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion: Eagle Technique. Rank: B

This Jutsu causes the target to see many duplications of the user which when attacked dissipate into many Eagles that start attacking the target.

(Custom) Magen: Washi Shinu no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion: Eagle Death Technique Rank: S

Immediately following Washi no Jutsu, the user causes the target's flesh to be eaten and picked out by Hawks. Eventually in their mind they are nothing more then rotting flesh which has been gorged on for several days. This genjutsu can cause severe mental trauma.
