Name of Seal: Reflection Seal

Location of the Seal: Front Neck.

Transformation Process:

Level 1: Ukokei's pupils turn from Brown to Blue. This allows him too see in all directions. His speed greatly increases as well.



Level 2: Ukokei's body becomes more elegant and taller. He is capable of seeing 360 degrees still, but can see within a 50 yard range all around him now. His speed upgrades even more at this level.



Level 3: Body reforms to normal, mirrors forming on both palms, on back and both eyes, still with blue pupils. He is now capable of seeing within a 10 mile radius of 360 degrees. He has upgraded too his final apprehension in speed. His strength is greatly increased, as is his defense. His hair becomes white and his lust for death becomes greater.




Level 4: Body turns into beast. Capable of seeing in every condition. Highly unaffected by Jutsus other than Hokage/Sannin level seal.


Positive Effects on User: Allows 360 vision. Allows copy of all jutsus, except Kekkei Genkai. Increases Strength. Increases Defense. Copy Technique upgraded to using jutsu before activated by opponent. Increases speed beyond comprehension.

Negative Effects on User: Burns up energy. Burns up lots of chakra. Loses all control of body. Loses control of chakra flow. Loses all balanced and owned thoughts. Afterwards, memory is erased of what happened. Extreme fatigue, lack of movement, and long unconciousness. Finally, an area of his soul is taken away, making it harder to hold on to life, but not killing him.

Okay... So you had a weakness but it doesn't at all balance out this seal's immense power. The other seals, which do much less have a chance of killing the person.

This seal doesn't kill me, but I want to know how I can edit it to where it will be accepted.

There has to be a major drawback. Something that you feel is as much of a drawback as the high possiblity of death.

Also, this would be a jutsu not a weapon.

Also, the whole you can see around you completely thing seems like a loophole for me taking Byakugan from you. That shouldn't be including since it's like a ripoff of Byakugan.

I made this on my other site. I went back and got it. It was made like, two months ago for this character. It was long before you didn't allow me Byakugan. Besides, If I don't have this, I have Eye Alter Jutsu and it can turn my technique into 360 vision. But all right, I'll make like extreme fatigue, lack of movement, and long unconciousness.

Uh... I was more thinking of something permanent. The curse seals either kill you or even if you live, they corupt your thinking slowly.

So, can you think of a permenent loss or something like that, that you would agree to?

Hmm.... I could lose an area of my human soul, making life harder to hold onto, but still allowing me to live.

... I kinda like that idea. If you couple it with the extreme fatigue and possibly the lack of consciousness I'll agree.
