Name: Heiwashugisha Chishio Clan

Summary: This clan of expert medical nin have two special traits. One is a special chromosome located within their DNA that copies all the medical information from the father to the son or the mother to the daughter. The second is their blood, which is where their name comes from. Heiwashugisha Chishio translates to pacifist blood. Their blood creates an imbalance of chemicals in the brain to any who touch it. This imbalance eliminates one’s will to kill. Any affected by this cannot bring themselves to kill another living person. Anyone affected by this will have it wear off three hours after the blood is removed completely. Anyone with the Heiwashugisha Chishio Clan blood running through their veins can never willing kill another living person. Doing so would cause severe mental trauma.

History: The Heiwashugisha Chishio Clan has it’s own village based in the southern Fire Country named Chiyu. This was originally a religion practiced by a small number of monks, until medical ninja took interest in their special blood. It was supposedly the monks blood was so pure it affected those who even touched it. The medical ninja studied this blood for years and found that the blood actually alters the mind of any who touch it. By then the monks had gained followers and the village had started to form. The medical nin decided to live with the group to better study the effects of this blood. After generations the clan was officially formed. The medical nin had taught the others medicine and the monks had taught the others to love all life. The result was a clan of medical nin devoted to saving any in need. The original blood of the monks coursed through generations of the clan. The special chromosome in their DNA was a fairly new trait developed by the clan after extensive research into the human anatomy.

To better aid the ninja world the clan sends their children to the different hidden villages to help with the lack of medical nin. Most children start their medical training at the age of 3, adding to their parents previous knowledge. When they turn 11 they are sent to one of the villages to help with the lack of medical nin. After the age of 18 most return to the home village to further their medical skills. Because the clan is so diverse in it’s members, each person has their own name which they choose at the age of 5. Until that time they are referred to as med students.

Traits: All clan members have a necklace given to them when they leave for a village as children. They use these to identify clan members. Also most clan members have light colored hair.

Notes: The clan has no official jutsu of their own. Instead most clan members spend their time developing their own personal medical jutsu, which they pass on to their children through the special chromosome.
