Ugh its actually fairly annoying to see Academy student with Chidori and Rasengan or their own so very original Fire Rasengan (sarcasm) you should have an auto pop up after they create their character people completely diseregard or... come up with a custom jutsu and say it is D rank and it be somewhere around S-rank or B-rank at least.

Not trying to sound harsh not trying to tell you guys how to run your Rp forum just letting you know

It would also be nice if there was like a scroll store where you spend your yen to learn a jutsu I mean it would be more realistic
