Creating Jutsu

To create your own jutsu you need to post in the Creation Center forum. More specifically you need to post in the Request Custom Jutsu topic:

In that topic you fill out this form:

Name: The name of your jutsu
Rank: E, D, C, B, A or S
Type: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Clan jutsu, Wind Element jutsu, etc.
Chakra Usage(Scale from 1 to 10):
Description:

An Admin will accept your jutsu if it makes sense, and isn’t overpowered or anything. Remember to be rational when making jutsu, you aren’t guaranteed that they’ll get accepted.

Before posting though, make sure that the jutsu you’re creating hasn’t already been created:

Another thing. S-Rank are mostly forbidden jutsu so they require at least a 9 for Chakra Usuage.
