Byarigan Clan. This clan is a mix of Uchiha and Hyuuga, named after it’s main Jutsu. It was created by Kiza’s mother and father. His mother was from the Uchiha Clan and his father being from the Hyuuga Clan. Kiza is the first member of this new clan. His right eye is the Byakugan and his left is the Sharigan. When the Byarigan is activated the user has all the features of the Sharigan and Byakugan mixed into one. The only thing is the Sharigan, not being fully Uchiha Blood can't copy Jutsu, while the Byakugan can't see too far not being fully Hyuuga Blood.

Looks: 5‘11", 145lbs, Spiked back blue hair, blue eyes, and light skin. He wears all black clothing that have built in pads on them to lessen damage from light attacks. He has two swords on his back called “The Double Dragons” that were passed down to him from his father. He wears his Sand ninja band proudly across one of his eyes.

Personality: Kiza is the type of person that loves messing around, but can take things seriously when needed. It usually takes a great show of friendship or a little bit off time for him to trust someone. Kiza is very protective of his loved ones and very close friends.

Special Characteristics: Very skilled with swords work and is extremely agile. He is also very muscular, due to his constant working out. From years of experience Kiza has grown to be very intelligent.

Description:This jutsu involves a seal placed to create a barrier and four other seals placed around the vicinity. The barrier seal restricts entry while the other four prevent the seal from being removed. All five must be removed at the same time for the barrier to fall. The other four seals can be scattered across a considerable distance, making them difficult to locate.
In addition to the barrier made by the seals, the four scattered seals had a booby trap in place should anyone remove them. When removed, a clone of the person that removed them is produced. The clone seems to be weaker than the person removing the seal, but still strong enough to cause trouble.

Description:This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique. The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" (Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" (Kiri-Shunshin), "Water Body Flicker" (Mizu-Shunshin), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (Konoha-Shunshin).

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can project their voice from various points in a specific area in a manner similar to ventriloquism. The user does not need to speak to transmit the sound, so tracking them by sound is impossible. Those in the area where the voice is being projected at will hear a resonating echo, as well as a more ominous undertone. Projection Technique is only known as a jutsu in the Naruto anime. It was first used in the Naruto manga by Zabuza Momochi and Orochimaru with no name. In addition, this technique has never been given an entry name in the databooks, which more than likely means it is more of a skill than a jutsu, much like walking up walls or walking on water using chakra.

History/Background Story: Kiza’s parents were proud at the new birth of their son. As a newborn child, Kiza seemed very fascinated with the fighting, because every time his father or mother trained Kiza would watch smiling. So as soon as Kiza could walk his father started training him. He learned quickly and progressed greatly farther than his father suspected. Kiza always admired his father's swords. His father got it from his father and back and back generations, getting it re-fixed every time it was pasted down. One time after a long hard training, before he went on his last mission decided it was Kiza's time to receive the swords. After getting them polished and renewed Kiza's dad handed Kiza the swords. As he received the swords tears ran down Kiza's eyes. setting them on his back he knew that these swords would stay with him for a long time. Not long after this Kiza was enrolled into the academy. He quickly became top of his class and graduated from his second year for being so ahead of the rest of his class. While Genin Kiza went on many tough missions, always completing them no matter what the cost. His teammate’s names were Akiko and Kiya. They both died in the war with the Leaf village, at that moment Kiza was full of hatred for Konaha. The first Chuunin Exams since Kiza became Genin came around and he entered. Every ninja he came upon coming from the Leaf died for the sake of his old teammates. After becoming Chuunin Kiza thought to himself, “This makes me no better than them.” He stopped with his hatred of the Leaf knowing his friends wouldn’t want him to live like this. At this time in life Kiza started to watch everyone, not trusting anyone, until they proved themselves worthy. From being Chuunin he soon became Jounin and then his final wish since childhood, he became Kazekage.

ROLE PLAY SAMPLE:

As Kiza received his first test he headed for the forest. The moment he arrived there he equipped himself with two kunai; one in each of his hands. He stepped in the forest slowly creeping, watching his surroundings carefully. The first target popped up on a tree and Kiza took the kunai in his left hand and sent it at it. It wasn’t a perfect bulls eye, but the target was hit. As he kept walking the next target popped on the ground and Kiza jumped into the air, sending the kunai at it. This time the kunai hit the target with a bulls eye. Now Kiza had 28 more kunai in his kunai pouch and kept walking slowly.
~About two minutes later~
Two targets flew into the air in front of Kiza, he sent the kunai flying towards the targets. He hit the targets, only one being perfect. Now he was left with 26 kunai and only having 16 targets left. Now Kiza knew things would get harder. He gripped two kunai in each of his hands. Before you know it, four targets were flying in front of Kiza from each side. As he sent the four kunai at the four targets he watched them all hit, but only one being perfect. Always keeping tack of everything Kiza knew, this left him with 12 targets and 24 kunai. Kiza grabbed four more kunai out his pouch, being ready for any more surprises.
The next group of targets came one after another. The first one sliding on the ground, Kiza hit it with one of the kunai in his hands, not getting a bulls eye though. The next two came attached to bodies with the targets being the faces. Kiza took the kunai and slashed at the targets, cutting them in half. Then the next three came flying at Kiza and he threw the kunai at the targets to stop them from hitting him. This left him with 20 kunai on his kunai pouch and 6 last targets. As Kiza reached for his kunai pouch again six targets were suddenly flying around in the air. It was like they had a mind of their own. He took three kunai and sent them at the first target with two hitting it. For the second target Kiza threw two kunai at it only hitting with one. For the third target Kiza sent one kunai hitting it perfectly and knocking it into the fourth target, hitting both of them. For the last two targets Kiza sent three kunai at them each. As he counted all the hit targets Kiza reported back to the academy.
“I am done with the first task now, how did I do?” He asked the academy teacher.
The academy teacher just smiled while nodding his head.
