I dont think dead clans like the uchiha should be accepted then everyone wants to become one. Also they will be like i have sharigan im better then you. so on and yea
we need some rules for that

I guess we will just have limits. Say like:

Clan - Limit
Uchiha Clan - 10 Members
Hyuuga Clan Main Family - 20 Members
Hyuuga Clan Branch Family - 15 Members
Kaguya Clan - 5 Members
Inuzuka Clan - 25 Members
Haku Clan - 5 Members
And so on...

I dont think the Kaguya or Uchiha should be allowed. Hyuuga, Haku and all the others can be allowed. We should also add others like:
Namikaze Clan: 5 members (These are descendants of Naruto and The Fourth Hokage.)
Sarutobi Clan: 10 members (Descendants of Asuma and The Third Hokage.)
And so on. We should also include alter clans. Such as, when a clan is created, the character in making may be allowed to join that clan. We should also keep track of each member, in each clan. So that we dont end up forgetting how many are in there, and lose track. Once that clan is closed we then remove it. Then we'll know thats all gone and they can only choose from these clans. That would be a good addition to everything.

I believe the Uchiha and Kaguya should still be allowed, but with few members. About having other clans, I guess that would be ok, but as well with limits because that means they would be kids of someone along in the family and most people don't have that many kids.

Now only to make the list. Remember though the limits are only based off of right now while we don't have many members. More will probably be allowed later on when the site gets bigger. Add any others if you wish to or list what you think about current ones.
