So... basically it can send people into Genjutsu just by looking at the person's eyes, it can cancel out Genjutsu if you're under one and it can copy a Genjutsu that you've been under if you canceled it before?

There are several issues with this. One you still haven't included a rank. Two you stated that it was the best Sharingan, so does that mean only Uchiha Clan members can use it?

Hm... I think that this jutsu needs a weakness. It's really really strong at the moment with no drawback since you only need to leave your precious people for a little bit.
