When performed this jutsu allows the user to place the Twelve Animals Zodiac Seal onto another seal. The Twelve Animals Zodiac Seal will then unbalance the chakra on the seal meaning that the target/opponent will no longer be able to draw power or chakra from their seal as well as affecting their ability to mould chakra. The Twelve Animals Zodiac Seal also strengthens any existing defensive seal to stop evil from leaking. This jutsu is not advisory in combat however as the user must get very close onto his opponent and place it where the other seal is.
