Paksennarions search for the Snake contract
Paks stood straight. Her Father was there, only a few feet away. Talking. Informing her of her duty as a Clan member. Paks had many duties as a Clan member, but this one seemed more important than some of the others. She could see that his eyes were full of ambition, as usual. But today, he seemed to actually believe his schemes might get their Clan somewhere. Paks knew that if she failed in her duty it would be twice as bad as normally, since there appeared, at least to her Father, to be a chance for their Clan to gain recognition once more. Recognition, respect, power, those were all the things that mattered.
“So, will you accept this undertaking?” He asked, voice brimming with emotion, “You needn’t if you think you are unskilled enough to succeed,” he added on, more for formalities sake since she could tell from his tone there was no option of refusing.
Paks stared at him for a minute, before slowly nodding her head. “Yes Father.”
Her Father nodded, a small smile flitting across his face. He hadn’t expected her to say anything else, but it was still pleasing. “Then go. Quickly now, before someone gets there first.”
Paks bowed low, and then turned walking towards the door. She had just reached the threshold when he called out, “And Paksennarion?” Paks paused and looked back. “Do not fail me.” She turned and walked out.
Paks followed the instructions her Father had given her. It was a beautiful spring day -- warm sunshine, clear blue skies, a hint of cool breeze to keep the oppressive heat off -- and Paks leaped from roof to roof, reveling in the illusion of flight, the pleasant burn of exertion, and the smooth flow of chakra through her body. Civilians never knew what they were missing, she thought, glancing down as she soared over a street. Paks stopped when she reached the outskirts of Suna. She passed the guards, showing them a slip of paper with permission from the Kazekage. Her Father had made sure that everything would be perfect for her try at recognition.
Paks wandered off into the sandy dunes. She hadn’t been told an exact location, just to wander. The slight wind which had been so peaceful inside the walls of Suna was an annoyance outside. It sturred up the sand and blew it all around, making it hard to see and breath. Paks held a sleeve over her mouth and continued on, walking aimlessly through the sand.

Re: Paksennarions search for the Snake contract
((You successfully found the small snake summoning.))
The small snakes slithered up to you hissing.
“It’s another one of them everyone.” The snake said looking around.
“Yeah, their kind have been coming up here all the time looking for us snakes. This one looks younger than the others though. Maybe she can’t handle us.” Another snake replied
“Well I guess we will just have to find out.”
The five snakes suddenly slithered around you in a big circle.
“If you can dodge 500 strikes from us snakes, then we will accept you.”
((You must rp the whole thing.))

Re: Paksennarions search for the Snake contract
Paks allowed a smirk to cross her face. She had been told that she would have to do something to prove herself, and she had been expecting something hard. Paks knew snakes, she knew the horrible things they could do to a human body. She had really been expecting something much worse, then again she was not about to overestimate her ability. Five-hundred strikes would be a lot, and she doubted that they would wait for her or take turns. speculation is wasted time Paks nodded to herself. Father was always right and so she heeded his words and stopped her speculation and instead moved. She stared at the head snake, meeting its eyes, a clear sign that she was threatening it back. Making sure that her head was tilted in just a way so that the sun glinted off the vibrant markings on her face, a not so subtle warning. “When you are ready,” she said mockingly holding out a hand, as if to prepare the way for them. She knew that she needed to remain in control of the situation, she could not give off any sign of weakness be it physical or mental. If they even so much as doubted her strength… well Paks didn’t want to think about that. The snake hissed angrily. Good, she had meant to insult it. Verbal strength is just as important as physical. Especially with animals like snakes who prized intimidation as much as they did. The snake hissed warningly, but Paks ignored it, continuing to meet its eyes. Suddenly, it jerked forward. One second it was sitting there all coiled up and the next it was inches away from Paks’ face. Paks calmly tilted her head to the side, and it flew past. And then they all started in on her. She took a quick step to the right to avoid one near her foot. Then she ducked to dodge another one. Paks twisted a fraction and the first snake missed her again, by inches. She jumped to her feet, evading another snake who had been slithering towards her. Of course she happened to jump right into the path of one of the other snakes. Paks thought fast and threw herself forward, curling up tight into a ball so that she hit the ground and rolled a few feet away. She shot to her feet in time to avoid another snake. Paks stepped to the left, then back; circumventing two more snakes. They hissed angrily at her and began to creep in. Circling her, surrounding her. She felt motion from behind and bent forward, watching as a snake flew over her, right where her head had been. Paks straightened up, twitching her arm out of the way of another snake. She moved fluidly to the side, pressing the snakes over there to attack or move and dodging another one. The snakes rose to her bait, hissing and twitching their tails. Paks had to move quickly to avoid the two that came at her from opposite directions. She back-stepped to avoid the strike of another snake. Three of them launched themselves towards her torso and Paks bent backwards, hands touching the ground. When they cleared over her, she rose up in a hand stand to evade another snake who had been aiming for her foot. She thrust down with her hands, propelling herself in the air in order to flip and land on her feet some distance away. Another snake headed towards her, slipping behind her, while the first snake made as if to jump at her again. Paks went to dodge the first snake, stepping nimbly to the side, only to notice the other snake. It was almost too late, but Paks ran through the hand signs for the replacement jutsu faster than she ever had before. Paks poofed to the side replacing herself with a nearby rock. She looked over at the snakes to see their reaction, before hissing at them angrily using her bloodline limit, “I thought thisss wasss sssuposssed to be a tessst! You are not even trying!”

Re: Paksennarions search for the Snake contract
Paks continued glaring at the snakes. They slinked forward, closing her in.
“You want us to try?” One of them asked spitefully.
“Fine then!”
They began to circle Paks, faster and faster. She watched them, trying to predict their movements. Angrily they struck out like lightening causing Paks focus on her footwork. She dodged five of their fast attacks, before they sped up even more. Paks took a step to the left avoiding a bite, immediately pivoting to avoid another potentially lethal bite. She stepped down on her right foot, lifting her left in the air to evade another snake. Step here, then there. Spin that way, duck. Paks continued moving fluidly around the sandy area. The snakes were blurs of movement, striking so fast that the only sign of their movement was displaced sand. Paks moved just a hair faster though. She jumped to the side, pivoting again before pushing herself forward into a handstand. The snakes around her hissed angrily at her evasions. 111555 Paks put all her weight on one hand in order to smack one of he snakes away from her face. She tucked her legs in to avoid a snake who had leapt at them. Paks let her lower body drop, but kept her hands on the ground holding herself up. Another snake flew overhead. She held herself parallel to the ground as a snake leapt for where her foot had been moments before.

Re: Paksennarions search for the Snake contract
Paks easily flipped herself backwards to land on her feet, effectively dodging another snake. She smirked at them, to show that she was still fine even after their multitude of attacks. Then Paks stepped back to avoid another attack. She continued backtracking, avoiding the five snakes that snapped at her until she felt her back his a rock. One of the snakes flung itself at her face, and she ducked down. Another snake was there ready to bite, but Paks kicked it away. She twisted a little to avoid another attack before getting to her feet. Paks reached back and pulled herself on top of the rock evading one more attack. She laughed cruelly at the snakes, twitching her foot out of the way of one.
“I do not know why anyone would want to summon ones as weak as you,” Paks sneered in another attempt to appear in control. She stood up and then dropped back behind the rock to evade several more attacks. Paks edged around the left side of the rock but stopped short when one of the smaller ones appeared, ready to strike. Paks back-peddled quickly and then looked behind her. There was another snake, already moving forward to strike. Paks lithely jumped up on top of the rock. She looked out at the five snakes, condescendingly before leaping forward to vault over them and land behind the group. They wheeled around snapping at her heels but Paks jumped back again.

Re: Paksennarions search for the Snake contract
Paks landed in a handspring, easily throwing herself forward and clearing the mass of snakes once again. This happened twice more before the snakes caught on and got fast enough to be closer than Paks wished. She landed on her feet behind them, as two snapped at her. Paks flipped back onto her hands, walking backwards while still on her hands to avoid two more snakes lunges. She tilted her legs back and settled on her feet as another snake missed by a foot. Paks twirled to the side, dodging two more bites. She twisted out of the way of one of the particularly persistent ones before hopping back to avoid another. Paks moved her hand an inch to avoid another bite, before back flipping over three more. She landed and immediately jumped to the side as another snake came in for an attack. Paks bent to the side to evade two more snakes. She could feel her heart beating quickly in her chest, but tried to quiet it. She was hardly a fifth of the way done here. Paks leapt to the right, lifting her foot in the air to avoid two more attacks. She fluidly bent back, her hair touching the ground to dodge another. Paks reached down with her hands and pushed herself up into a hand stand, tilting to the side and dodging one more snake. She kept tilting that way until she unbalanced and hit the ground. Paks rolled a few feet away from two more snakes. She shoved herself to her feet and jumped back, circumventing three of their attacks. She paused to take a deep breath, and see where all the snakes were.

He nudged it towards you with his tail.

Re: Paksennarions search for the Snake contract
Paks watched them warily. Was this some form of trap? Did they think she was too weak to actually pass there test and they just wanted to see if she thought so too? She would just have to make sure they understood the curcumstances.
Paks activated her bloodline trait, standing up straight. She glared at them all harshly, but focused on the leader snake. "I am ssstronger than all of you. You will lisssten to me, and obey me from now on. Do you all underssstand?" She hissed at them forcefully, showing her fangs and using her bloodline limit to make them obey her.
OOC - Hehe... It's not just talking to snakes, I can also control them. I just didn't want to do that earlier 'cause that's not as fun as actually passing their test.

"Good," she smirked at them before biting her thumb hard, letting her blood spill out. She signed the contract with smooth controlled strokes.
