As long as the user has felt the poison that's being used themselves they can cure the victim. This jutsu can also give temporary immunity to a poison so long as the user has experienced it themselves before hand. In order for the jutsu to work, the victim must let the users nin-snake bite them and inject them with an anti-venom.
