Description: This jutsu requires three very skilled ninjas to perform and will leave them completely drained of chakra. Each ninja has to have a different chakra affinity and they have to be wind, water, and lightning. The three must focus on there target area for several hours before even performing the jutsu. After all this prep the three ninjas will stand in a triangle all facing the target area and each perform a different very long string of hand seals. After words a large storm will hit the area with 100mph winds flooding rain and a lot of lightning. This storm is capable of leveling a small town and wreaking havoc on a large city. After the jutsu is over the three ninjas will be completely drained of chakra for the next three days.

This jutsu must be bought simultaneously by the three people wishing to perform it. They each must pay the set price and they each must write the set amount of words.

Requirements: You must learn this jutsu from someone who knows it. At the moment no one does but since Ketsueki-san is the creater, he can learn it whenever he wants.
