ketsueki's wind chakra training (open to all)

[ketsueki]

Ketsu set up 10 straw dummies in a small circle around him. After he finished setting up he walked outside the circle and grabbed his wooden boken and returned to the center of the circle and began to concentrate his chakra into his boken. After a short time Ketsu lifted the boken into the air and then whipped it down unleashing a blade of wind. Ketsu took a deep breath closed his eyes then lowered his body into the shikon clans trademark stance, with his feet about shoulders distance apart knees bent, his spine diagonal to the ground, his left arm up to grad from attacks and his right arm back holding his boken with the tip of the blade facing opposite way most would. Ketsu opened his eyes locking them on the first dummy and charging. Ketsu slices the first in half kicks off the base spins around using the force to cut trough the second and third before he lands. He jumps back and lunges his boken into the center of the 8th straw dummy and slices trough the side of the dummy and cuts the 9th dummy in half with the same swing. Ketsu flips the blade around lunges into the air and brings the blade down slicing the 5th dummy from the top right to the bottom left. He jumps back tacking a short breath locking eyes on the 6th and 7th dummies. Charging in-between the two Ketsu does a large sweeping swing from left to right slicing the two in half. He spins around cutting the 4th in half then does a back flip landing behind the 10th dummy and with one final swing cuts it in half. Ketsu slams the boken into the ground and checks his watch “hmmm 14 seconds I can do better then that” Ketsu said with a slight frown on his face

[Kiza Byarigan]

Kiza appeared looking at Ketsu.
"Why the long face?" Kiza asked curiously

[ketsueki]

" hello Kiza-san aww i'm too slow it took me 14 seconds to cut down these 10 dummies it should only take me 8 sec at most" ketsu said as if he was expecting the kage as he took down the broken dummies and set up new ones

[Kiza Byarigan]

"It's ok, just keep working at it, after all pratice makes perfect. At the age of 18 now you should know that." Kiza said joking around with Ketsu.

[ketsueki]

" i know but still at age 10 Mizukaza was able to do this in 9 seconds at this rate ill never surpass him" ketsu said as he continued to put up new dummies.

[Kiza Byarigan]

"Everyone progresses at their own pace Ketsu, always just try your best and don't worry about the progress of others."

[ketsueki]

"thank you kiza-san" ketsu says as he lowers his head in respect. then he looks at the dummies then Kaza "can you do me a favor?" ketsu asks as he tosses his watch at Kiza "time me" he says with a big smile on his face as he gets into his shikon stance.

[Kiza Byarigan]

Kiza catches the watch.
"Sure, ready....set....go!" He said looking at the watch start.

[ketsueki]

ketsu speed off appearing like a blur to normal eyes doing the same exact combo as last time. ketsu landed behind the final bummie sliceses it and sames the boken into the groundlooking at Kiza "time" ketsu says quickly

[Kiza Byarigan]

"12 seconds."

[ketsueki]

"yess i shaved 2 seconds off my last time" ketsu said with a big smile on his face "awww im out of dummies hmm" ketsu saied as he looked up at Kiza "Kiza-san do you know how to use wind chakra?' he asked

[Kiza Byarigan]

"No, my elements are Fire, Earth, and Lightening." Kiza said replying to Ketsu's question.

[ketsueki]

"hmm well do you think you could help with wind chakra anyway" ketsu asked nicely.

[Kiza Byarigan]

"I'll be glad to try and help. How can I help out?"

[ketsueki]

ketsu tosses a shikon clan boken to Kiza " hold this and think about your earth or fire chakra and then we spar with um" ketsu sayes as he sets the katana down and grabes his shikon boken and channels his wind chakra trough it

[Kiza Byarigan]

Kiza channels his Fire Chakra through it igniting it on fire and stands in his fighting stance.
"You make the first move Ketsu."

[ketsueki]

Ketsu exhaled then took a short breath as he got into the shikon stance then charged slashing across Kizas belly

Kiza blocked the strike with one of his own, to counter Kiza twisted the sword in attempt to break the lock and sent a line of fire at Ketsu with a swing of the weapon.

[ketsueki]

the lock is broken and a line of fire is sent flying at ketsus chest but he jumps back a little and slices trough the fire causing a hole in the fire just wide enough to leave ketsu unharmed. then lunges stabbing at Kizas shoulder.

[Kiza Byarigan]

Kiza threw his weapon into the air, grabbing at Ketsu's arm. He then attempt's to throw him into a nearby tree. After doing so he goes back to his fighting stance, allowing his weapon to fall back into his hand.

[ketsueki]

Ketsu managed to spin himself around in the air to land feet first on the tree trunk then droped down to the ground "how did i do that" ketsu said to him self geting back into his stance then attempted the combo he was working on earlier

[Kiza Byarigan]

Kiza repeated his combo, but only with his fire element. Doing so he matched it attack and with his more advanced skill and strength, countered it.

[ketsueki]

the first 7 strikes mirrored each other exatcly causing a small explosion each time the bokens hit each other. the last three hit ketsu cutting his right arm and his left arm and teh last left a large cut in his shut across the back. ketsu and Kiza land about 8 feet away from each other. ketsu landed holding his right arm " there is one thing i like about geting hit with a fire katana" ketsu saied as he looked at the hand that was over the wound " it caterizes cuts and stops thum from bleeding" he says as he gets back in to his stance.

[Kiza Byarigan]

Kiza got back into his stance as well, but not making a move just yet. He instead eyed Ketsu watching for an incoming attack.

[ketsueki]

"hmmm yah that might work" ketsu said to him self as he slammed the boken into the ground and started making hand sings as his shadow started to come to life "now lets try this agen shall we" the first ketsu says " yes lets" the second says to the first. then they split up going to eather side of Kiza and charge once agen with the combo this time from both sides.
