Ok theres talk of way too cheap jutsu. I agree but i also think that its an easy fix not trying to make it more complicated by re-doing the whole chakra outline. I have talked to them and we will see what they do to fix it. But for now everyone calm down and focus on your char please. This is a relaxing rp site. NO DRAMA
