My character Ukokei (Please Read.)

Now you all may know me as the ultimate Akatsuki God, but now, I'm the Cardmaster. I have chosen that I might give up Ukokei, and allow someone else to be leader of Akatsuki. So, here's the deal. Everyone who wants to be Akatsuki leader write 1,000 words, about story-wise. Include all deaths, attacks, amount of chakra used, how many techniques, and if you can, please include a final summary as to why you want to be Leader. This can be as long as a sentence to however long you want to make it.
