Looks: Kagirinai is about 5’ 11” and 123 pounds. He has shoulder length light, brown hair, which he usually keeps tied back and dark blue eyes. He is usually wearing a long, black cloak which reaches down to his feet and covers his head. Underneath of this he wears a set of easily removable black clothes and underneath that a set of white medical clothes. Around his neck hangs a golden necklace. On his face he wears a mask to cover his face and a mist headband with the symbol crossed out over his left eye(kind of like kakashi). His body is covered with many scars, including his left eye and mouth. There is not a body part he doesn’t have a scar on. These scars are hidden when he’s fully clothed.

Personality: Because of his clan, Kagirinai is a pacifist fighting only when the need arises and will go to any ends to stop a fight. He only fights to protect someone or when someone spills his blood. Even when he is forced to fight he will never aim to kill, only to debilitate. He speaks in a polite respectful manner to anyone except patients, with whom he is very strict. He will help any in need and does not make exceptions. He would even heal someone trying to rob him if the were injured. Kagirinai cannot stand to see another man dying, so he advocates his beliefs to others while they fight, even interfering if the need arises. He refuses to heal the scars acquired from many foes to remind him of their encounter and as a message to others. When in battle he uses his advanced taijutsu skills to incapacitate his opponent, usually healing them afterwards if they learned their lesson.

Special Characteristics: The Heiwashugisha Chishio which makes it impossible to kill another living person. His body has been modified by medical ninja making it faster and stronger than normal.

Description:

By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies.

Description:
This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.

This can be used for many things such as reviving an unconscious person, Keeping someone from drowning, or speeding up a heart rate. One must be very careful when using this jutsu. Putting oxygen into the body too fast can be very harmful.

History/Background Story: Kagirinai was born in the village of Chiyu. His parents were an old family of the village who all chose flower names. Kagirinai chose his name at the age of 5 like all the other village children. He chose the name Kagirinai Roze, which translates into eternal rose, to carry on his family tradition. His feminine name was not uncommon in the village so was not given much attention to. Kagirinai was one of the villages most promising students, capable of handling advanced medical techniques at the age of 10. When he turned 11 he was sent to the Hidden Mist to help with their lack of medical nin.

At the Hidden Mist, Kagirinai was constantly working to heal the villages injured ninja. The villagers had no respect for the work he and is colleagues did, constantly mocking them for their lack of battle skills. Kagirinai was made fun of the most for his feminine name. He continued to work for the Mist rising in rank to that of chunin, but could not gain the rank of jounin because he was a medical nin. At the age of 16 he left the Mist becoming a missing nin in order to escape the Mist’s horrible culture.
After leaving the Mist he returned to his home village only to be exiled from there too. The village understood his need to escape, but could not harbor a outlaw for fear of retribution. The village had their best medical nin perform surgery to enhance his muscles and strengthen his body for his long journey. In exchange he was to never return to Chiyu until his status as a fugitive had gone away.

While Kagirinai was wandering weeks after he was exiled, mist tracker nin found him and attempted to capture him. With his enhanced strength he easily defeated them and sent them back to the Mist, but was badly injured in the process. Slowly losing consciousness, he stumbled through the forest until he came upon an old dojo. The master of the dojo nursed him back to health and asked nothing in return. Kagirinai was both touched and awed by the master’s kindness. He introduced himself as Haku Turi, an alias he used to keep his real name a secret. Kagirinai asked if he might train under the master in order to better defend himself against attackers. The master agreed so long as his teachings were used only to protect others.

Over the next three years Kagirinai trained under his new master, learning the art of taijutsu. With his enhanced body, he easily mastered the basics within weeks and even surpassed his master’s skill. He also adopted the master’s view on life, which stated that all life is meaningful and to cherish what one has. While he was training his taijutsu more and more Mist ninja continued to pursue him. Each time he fought them off, but acquired many wounds in the process. Kagirinai refuses to heal the scars from these wounds to this day because he will always remember the faces of those he hurt by those scars.

At the age of 19 Kagirinai finished his training with his master and set out on a journey to spread his views to others and to heal the injured. Although he advocates peace Kagirinai has been in many battles and has never once killed a man. Kagirinai still wanders the world in search of a place to stay and a person to heal.

Role Play Sample: Kagirinai was walking down the road covered in his usual heavy outfit. The heat was starting to become bothersome but he would not take of his cloak. He had been through deserts with it on, he could take a little heat. While he was lost in his thoughts he almost failed to notice the injured man on the side of the road. “Please help! I think I broke my leg”. the man pleaded. Startled out of his thoughts, Kagirinai bowed to the man while quickly coming towards him. “Oh my good sir. What has happened,” he said examining the leg. It was clearly broken, but nothing Kagi couldn’t fix.
“I was attacked by bandits while riding my horse. The horse threw me off and they left me here for dead. I’m lucky you came along.” Kagi began healing the man’s leg with his jutsu, nothing serious but he’s have to rest for a few days. “What are you doing!” the man exclaimed seeing the strange green chakra, “Are y-you a ninja?!”
“Not exactly. I’m more like a wandering doctor. There you’re all finished. I recommend not doing any strenuous activities for the next few days but you’ll be fine.” Kagi began walking down the road leaving the man sitting in the grass. “But wait! Don’t you want payment for your services,” the man said calling after Kagi.
“No thanks. I don’t need anything.” Walking down the road, Kagi wondered if the people of the Hidden Village were this nice.
