About people Joinin the sites off of Advertisement or if someone recruited a member.
Should we edit the Character Creation to chose an optional Post were they can post who recuruted them or if they saw it from an ad on a diff site?

If someone is recruited they already have to pm me telling me who recruited them, so I'll just tell them if they have been Jounin before on a different site, they can prove their abilities by filling out an app.
