Description: If fighting under a natural storm, Anei can allow himself to be struck by lightning, converting the elemental energy into chakra. As storms he makes himself used his chakra to begin with, he cannot regain chakra from them. Restores 15 chakra, but consumes 5 to guide the bolt. Can only be used once.(The limit on restoration of chakra was 5 chakra, up to three times, I have combined them for this move, just so it all comes in one clump)

Requirements: You must learn this jutsu from someone who knows it. At the moment no one does, since Anei-san is the creater he can learn this jutsu when ever he wants.
