I don't know if this is how it' supposed to be, but I copied this from the other site I'm on.
Name: Jamel Wings

Personality: Jamel is very cheerful, even though is important battles, he shopws no mercy to his opponents. When you first meet him, you might think he has a very arrogent personility, since he doesn't smile much. But once you get to know him, you'll see he's a good guy. But hurt a bird in front of him, and your dead.
When Jamel gets into a battle, he turns into a whole different person. He may not smile much, but he never frowns. But when he gets into a battle, he has a huge frown on his face. His birds change too. But you never know if they'll change into a killing machine or just friendly battlers.
Special Characteristics: Much like the Sharigan and Byuagan, everyone in Jamel's clan has the Bird Eye. With this, they can see stuff from miles away. This helps them in case their is a huge attack. The Birds Eyes is why Jamel's clan never lost a war. These eyes also help Jamel's clan use there Special Jutsu. The Bird Exploding Jutsu. Without these eyes, Jamel's clan would be unless.
This eye let's them use their Exploding Bird Jutsu because, 50 years ago, the first person in the clan put a spell on all the birds. He made it so all the birds will only obey people that have eyes like him, the Birds Eyes. Without this eye, Jamel's clan couldn't use their Exploding Bird Jutsu, or any bird Jutsu.

Clone Jutsu(Rank E): Clone Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Transformation Jutsu(Rank E): Transformation Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
***Substitution Jutsu(Rank E): A basic jutsu that allows the user to switch places with a nearby person or object such as a section of a log or an opponent. The best situtation in which to use it is when you are about to be struck with an attack. It is a fundemental jutsu in which mostly all ninja know.

History/Background Story: Jamel and his parents were royality. When he was born, everywhere he went, people bowed down to him. When he was 4, they gave him the Pendant Of A Thousand Birds. Everything he said, people did. When he turned 11, he got tried of all that power. So he left his village, Village in the Sky, and flew down to the Hidden Leaf Village with his two birds. His Spirit Falcon was named Spirit. His baby Falcon was named Lighting. Once in the village, he started Ninja Academy.
Once he was in the Hidden Leaf Village, he met two kids. One was named Saruto. Jamel also met his girlfriend, Hinaba. They instantly became best friends. Ever day at Ninja Academy when it was play time, Jamel would tell them about the Village in the Sky and about his clan. They always hoped that after Ninja Academy, they would be in the same squad.
Roleplay Sample:
It was playtime in Ninja Academy. The kids got to do whatever they wanted now. They got to go where ever they wanted. As long as they stayed in the Village. Jamel and his two friends, Saruto and Hinaba, were sitting by a tree. They were listening to Jamel's story. Jamel then showed them how he can summon his two birds with just one whistle. Just then, Spirit and Lighting came.
" Pretty cool, dude." Saruto said. This was the first thing he ever said was cool. " But can you do the Resangan? My dad is trying to teach me how to do it. But it's not going so well." Saruto, before Jamel came to the village, thoguht he was the coolest guy ever. His dad was the legendary Naruto Uzamakai and his mom was Sakura Haruno. His girlfriend, Hinaba, was the spouse of Hinata Hyuuga and Kiba Inuzuka. He thought that meant he was cool.
" Your Birds Eyes are pretty cool, too. Can you show me what they look like?" Jamel nodded. He didn't want anyone else to see, so Saruto and Hinaba huddled up closely. He took off his spades and showed them his eyes. " That is so cool."
Just then, a cat ran on top of a tree and ate a bird. Jamel started getting mad. " Nobody hurts a bird while I'm around." Jamel's pendent started glowing. His spades came off, reveiling the Birds Eye. " Bird Summoning-Bird Exploding Jutsu!" A thousand birds came to Jamel. He pointed to the cat. All the birds went to the cat and exploded, killing the cat.
Jamel then did some more hand signs. " Ashes ReBron Jutsu!" All the birds that exploded, came back to life. They said thank you to Jamel in bird language, and flew off. Jamel then looked at the remainings of the cat. " I guess I got carried away." Jamel said. And they all laughed.

1. shadow clone is B or A rank
2. I want you to Descripe your kakkai genkai (your eye tech.) a little better.
3. i dont recommen the site you are using since everyone can changed the info to something thats not true.
4. your bird exploding jutsu is way to powerful to an academy student. Maybe you can use it as chuunin or jounin.

Fixed it. And I meant the Shadow Clone Jutsu to be Clone Jutsu.

1. on this site you can have up to 6 jutsus to begin with as an academy student. are you sure you dont want anymore jutsus?
2.in the "eye" desc. there still stands that i helps you duing the explosion jutsu. You dont have to remove it. write a bit how it does help you making the jutsu and you can have your bird explosion jutsu, it just need to be less powerful.
3. so basiclly your "eye" allows you to see miles away and helps you with the bird jutsus?
