Clan:Arashi- The Arashi clan specializes in hunting down prized animals and beasts. Every clan member is specifically a Raiton ( Lighting ) and Fuuton ( Wind ) user. Thus giving them the nickname Arashi, otherwise known as storm. Due to the high density of the wind/lightning chakra usage, recent generations have had violent reactions which have left horrible scars in the form of slashes.

Personality: Very cunning in harsh situations. Will use anything to his advantage. He is very shy about himself due to the fact that he is covered in scars that are wrapped. He's in love with the sky because he feels connected to it in some ways.

Special Characteristics: His clan is very familiar with the movement of wind currents allowing them to tap into the "Mind of the Wind", or so they call it. This allows them to change the direction of thrown objects, and even create their own currents if using an edged weapon.

History/Background Story:Hira grew up on the outskirts bf the Hidden Sand. His family was part of a nomadic clan known as the Arashi. His father was the clans Patriarch, known as "The Perfect Storm". At the age of 7, Hira underwent a ceremony that sealed the essence of the clan's most prized hunt. The Arashi Yajuu, or Storm Beast. It was considered a great honor by the village. This was only preformed on a select few, at the moment 5 are living, one being Hira. The effect is no where near the intensity of Jinchuriki. The beast isn't actually sealed, It is allowed to exist freely in the body of the host. This makes the host's chakra react to the weather. As well, they are tied in to the wind allowing them a firm control of wind jutsu. The same with lightning. His family finally decided to send Hira out to the Ninja Academy of the Hidden Sand upon arrival everyone seemed drawn to him. But an incident with a bully trying to remove his bandages caused people to shy away from him. At the moment, Hira remains to himself. Him and the sky are one.

RP Sample:
Hira sat on the floor of his dorm. He stared up at the ceiling and traced the walls with his eyes. It was dark in there, but that's how he wanted it. The only light that was let in came from a think line let out from an uncovered spot that the blinds on the windows missed. It didnt bother him. He shut his eyes and looked straight up sighing. He sat like that for a moment and then opened them.

"Alright... time to get going."

He sat up and walked toward the door. He ran his fingers through this bangs and brought the hair over his face. Hira opened the door and stepped out. He looked up, it was bright, it was annoying. He sighed again and moved into a crowd heading for the entrance of the Academy.

"'Nother day... *sigh* another boring day..."

He looked up at the sky. It was clear, a birly blue, it was the desert of course, he made a slight smile.

"At least the day isn't a waste..."

He continued in, the sky getting cut from his sight.
