Personality:Lonely do to the fact he originated from a different village than Konoha he feels like an outcast except for few people who raised him and feel his pain. He still is a forgiving and strong person willing to overcome these obstacles although it is hard for people to get to know him since he had many people leave him so he always as a guard up to protect himself from getting hurt. He has a little more than average skill but an enormous amount of potential.

Description:
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.
The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" (Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" (Kiri-Shunshin), "Water Body Flicker" (Mizu-Shunshin), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (Konoha-Shunshin).

This is the second of the five dances that the Kaguya Clan utilizes. The user brings forth a blade of bone from their shoulder and utilize it within a fury of fast paced movements in order to slice and dice the opponent.

He learned these jutsus due to his bloodline he can use Sawarabi no Jutsu but this causes too much chakra to be used and he will most likely die if he does use it but during times of rage his chakra increases just enough to use it.

History/Background Story: He was merely 2 years old at the time of the Kaguya massacre and his parents worried about what would happened and sent him in a basket on a river and was eventually found by a chunin on his way back from her mission she was Shin a medic ninja from Konaha where she him raised under permission of the hokage at the time. He asked to become a ninja and was immedately enrolled in the academy where he notice his kekkai genkai and trained it. Many of the teachers believed this boy was a failure because he could not master many of the jutsu's but hopefully will graduate. Shin was his guardian and later died due to an accident in a mission and sent Matsutsu into a rage causing him to run to the area and use his two dances and killed the enemy ninja and was later found passed out by the Anbu. Hokage made sure from this point on that the boy was watched by an Anbu member at all times.

Roleplay Sample: Twelve days before the Academy graduation Matsutsu was praying he could be honored with wearing the Konoha headband. During these thoughts Kishi one of his few friends cam and asked if he wanted to go practice there Henge No jutsu.
"Kishi you know I have no talent for those jutsus" said Matsutsu with a harsh sting in his voice.
Kishi looked away and said "I know I was just trying to get you to try.
Matsutsu felt a bit sorry trying to comfort Kishi after that and asked if he wanted to go to Ichikaru Ramen and get a bite to eat.
Kishi immediately answered "Hell yeah"
They slowly walked down to Ichikaru ramen conversing over academy stuff.
When they got there the saw a sign saying Closed for the afternoon
Kishi immediately replied ' What they are never closed"
Matsutsu calmed him down and decided to say bye and he went home to rest.
He woke up in a cold sweat about his encounter with foreign ninja when he lost control after Shin died.
He got up and decided to take a long walk to the training grounds to practice.Next Matsutsu pulls out his bone sword and slices up the logs with promising speed and then takes a quick break and begins e eating a rice ball he made at his house to keep his energy up after his training.
Suddenly "GARGH" Matsutsu yelped and felt the sting of a kunai
He looked back and saw Yamato another academy student that is the biggest bully to him of all.
Matsutsu yells "I am not going to take this crap anymore"
He use his Bone Bullet jutsu (without thinking about it) and his foe immediately dropped to the ground so feeling slight compassion he brings him to the hospital telling them how he attacked him and he just pointed and he fell they understood and told him to go home and forget about it. So it was around 6:00. He was very intriuged about this newly required ability and began to experiment with it then he walks home eats dinner around 7:00 then goes to sleep.
