Summary: Have the power to control near by water. The power of this tecnique depends on the users chakra control and experience.

History:From the village hidden in the rain. Not the most powerfull and respected clan but still happy for the way they are. All clan members pay each other with large amount of respect. Some clan members got bored of there normall clan life and migrated to other villages the other clan members were fine with this because they wanted the masaki clan to be well known.

Traits:Blonde Hair, pale blue eyes and usally tall.

Notes: Only the truly gifted members can control large amount of water but there is very little. No one from this clan can control oceans and move large rivers at there comand.

descrition: the user merges the chakra with water in his hand to make the chakra concentrated as possible.The water changes into a sharp tipped sphere in the users palm this is a difficult to use jutsu it ressembles the resengan i a small way.

note: the Hinaki clan invented this jutsu that does not mean only the masaki clan can use this . Mostly any user with dedication and the water element can probably use this jutsu.
