This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Description:
This is a very simple jutsu with a very over-dramatized name. All the user does is forcefully plunge their index and middle fingers into their opponent's rectum, usually causing severe constipation among other things. Its rank varies from user to user based on just what they do with it. For example, Kakashi used it to launch Naruto a ridiculous distance (perhaps propelling him with chakra). Naruto later figured out the true purpose of the jutsu: it is used in conjunction with a pointed object (usually a kunai) to attack the blind spot of an opponent. When combined with explosive tags, it can even kill an opponent. The technique is similar to a childish prank known as a kancho.

history/background:
Masakis dad is a shinobobi from the village hidden in the rain, from the Hinaki clan . His name is Caeser. He fell in love with a ninja from the vilage hidden in the leaves . Her name is Venice . Caeser married her and moved to the village hidden in the leaves . Venice was assaniated by a unknown organisation. Masaki only knew her from the age of 2 . Caeser got a warning to retire as a ninja or Masakis next . Just at the time Caeser just made jounin. Masaki was filled for revenge for the death of his mother. Until Caeser gave him a lecture about "revenge only brings emptyness". Now caeser works as a office assitant for the Hokage.
Caeser kekegenkai is strong he should masaki one henaki jusu "water spit". He also saw that masaki had a tallent for earth jutsu so gave him scrolls with earth jutsu left by his mother.Masaki worked hard to master these techniques.masaki enrolled in the academy at the age of 13 after gaining training from his Dad at the age of 9 . Caeser taught Masaki the way of the ninja.

"WAKE UP" ! "WAKE UP MASAKI !" bellowed Bellic the academy teacher." Ugh wha" replied Masaki. The whole class gigled and laughed, "now where was I ohh yeah clones" Masaki suddenly lost attention and starred at the whight ceiling . But something caught Masakis attention Bellic was explaning about water jutsu . "I CAN DO THAT " Masaki yelled, the whole class laughed and gigled again "Yeah right " one kid shouted . "Masaki no more jokes" Bellic replied "No Ill show you" Masaki said , Bellic replied"ok Masaki ill get a basin of water .

Bellic placed the basin of water on the desk. Masaki stood up and walked towards the desk. Masaki lifted up his hand above the basin of water. The class was still laughing and giggling , "Ill show all of you that I can do this" Masaki yelled. Masaki closed his eyes and tryed to concentrate he could still hear laughing and lost his concentration, nothing happened. The class still laughed and giggled" Shut up!" Masaki shouted . Masaki closed his eyes and tryed it again , the water started to move slightly, then all of a sudden the water jumped out of the basin.

The water changed into a sphere ,Masaki laughed "I DID IT !" he shouted, he shouted even louder "I DID IT" . The look on Bellics face completly changed he was amazed . The whole class "awed" in amazement.Masaki threw the water at the kid that mocked him and that shouted out "yeah right" , he was drenched the class couldnt stop laughing even Bellic gigled. "Okay class break time" Bellic said , everyone pacted there stuff and left "Masaki come here" Bellic said Masaki walked towards him "Masaki you trully do have what it takes to become a ninja .............. dont blow it" Bellic said.Masaki left the room

4) Your jutsu should be in a list. Look at the default given to you by shino. And look at the jutsu list i have I place them there to help you guys use it.

5) Your custom weapon - read the post you made in the creation center

6) No one person can have the bingo book just the kage.

7) Make sure your personality/backround has 2 or more para.
