Description: A ninjutsu that makes the opponent only able to mumble incoherently. It is impossible to figure out what someone under the affect of this jutsu really means.

Requirements: You must learn this jutsu from someone who knows it. At the moment no one does but since Paksennarion Kuchinawa is the creater, she can learn it whenever she wants.
