Personality: Kokuzoku or Koku for short is very chatty, He loves company most of all if it's during battles. He also loves reading manga and uses that knowledge for his reads to help him. Koku has an odd sense of humor which borders creepy.
Special Characteristics: Doujutsu: Onigan (Demon Eyes) This ability belongs to the Kuroengi clan. Its users gains two abilities from it. The first is the user can use the Wana-kihaku scrolls if he is the current sucsessor of the scroll. Second is to place a soul into any of the four Wana-kihaku scrolls as long as he is the current owner of the scroll.

Onigan (Demon Eyes)
The Onigan is a rare doujutsu that appears in the Kuroengi clan males. Ones who obtained these eyes usually became clan leaders and gained one of the four Wana-kihaku scrolls. With the Onigan the user can also do the following jutsus.

Name: Cursed Summon Jutsu (Itami, Fundo, Anadori, or konton)

Description: If the user is the is the owner of the scroll it is like a regular scroll summon . It summons the spirt of the last spirt placed in it. (usually the last owner of the scroll.) The spirt then fight for the user as if it was a puppet. Yhe spirt still has any chakra or jutsus it had when it was living. To use the jutsu the owner must have the Onigan.

Name: Soul Trap Jutsu
Rank: A
Description: If the user is the current owner of one of the Wana-kihaku scrolls he may put the soul of a dead person in the scroll and summon it to battle for him. (Cursed Summon Jutsu) To capture the soul he must do a ritual that takes five hours or had the person sign the scroll in ther blood before he/she died.

Description: The user attaches chakra strings to a person and able to control them and can have them perform there jutsus and use there chakra as they were a puppet. If the target is living he must be willing or unconscious for the user to control them.

Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique

Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Description: Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. The user will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below.

Name: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique

Description: Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.

Description: Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Description: Takitsubo no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water. Yamato used this technique in conjunction with Earth Style Doryuu Jouheki. This allowed him to form a large water fall.

Wana-kihaku scrolls Story:
The creation of the scrolls were unknown. The people that first found them were four men from the Kuroengi clan. They wrote there names in the scroll and were granted the onigan. The men fought over the scrolls until they each took one of the scroll and the Kuroengi split into four branches. Over the generation the power was unlocked and they found out the ability to capture the dead’s soul and summon them. It was a custom from the previous leader soul to be captured to be a guardian to protect the clan.

Background Story:
Koku’s mother died at birth and his father was the leader of the Kuroengi Itami branch. At the age of 7 Koku gained the Onigan and became the successor of the Itami branch. Koku was always studying and having to work. One of the few thing he enjoyed was reading mangas. When Koku was 9 the Itami and Fundo branches of the Kuroengi clan were fighting. The fighting became a battle of who would get the others scroll. The Itami Clan was victorious. Shortly after the Anadori and Konton clan fought for power. The Itami clan joined the battle too. The Itami clan won once again. They possessed all four of the Wana-kihaku scrolls, but at the cost of most of there members. At this time Koku was 10. He was tainted by is fathers greed. One night he killed his father and became the new owner of the four Wana-kihaku scrolls. He disappeared from his village shortly after. He knew he could not stay at any village fore they would try to steal his power away from him. He trained himself by using the scrolls to learn his jutsus. Once he learned the Jutsus from the spirits which were summoned from the scroll he killed them all but one. The Wana-kihaku scrolls from the Itami branch his father. His father uses all the water jutsus he can use. He wandered from village to village to stock up on mangas and to find a new play toy body.

Roleplay Sample:
Koku enters a near by village, he quickly enters the local bookstore. He enters the manga section with a shine in his eyes. “OH MY GOD THIS PLACE HAS VOLUME 3!!!” Koku shouts at a high pitched voice. Everyone stares at him blankly as he slowly walks to the cash register with a book in hand. He buys the book and quickly leaves the village. He walks on a dirt road as he reads. A few minutes later the book was snatched from is hands. Koku looked up to see a burly thug. “Give me your money or you’ll end up like your book.” The thug said as he ripped up Koku book. Koku quickly pulled out a small scroll and he smiled and said. “you picked the wrong person to f$#k with.”

well its not me who jugde that. I dont really think that you can be the leader but you can maybe be a second leader but more likly not. If you want to you can be an academy student to begin with and then later be in the akatsuki (however you will have to change your ninja a lot) its your choice
