Personality: Ijin is sadistic and has no remorse for those he kills. Though at first meet you might no know. He is softly spoke and seems caring. He usually defends the weak and looks as he always has a smile on his face. Until he gets angry or serious then his mood can become demented and evil lusting for blood and others suffering his smile becomes demonic. Ijin can handle jokes and criticism but he hates people who act like they know the circumstance when they know nothing of his intension.

Special Characteristics:

Ijin was born with violent anger problems. Instead of just punching a wall he would destroy a nearby building. Several times that this has caused in innocent getting hurt. This illness derives from his partial demon genes. When in one of his violent outbreaks his eyes start shining yellow like that of a demon. These outbreaks tend to last until he has a place where he can calm down.

Ijin gain chakra from his environment so he is constantly is absorbing chakra. This ability came from the f act that the Keshin clan derived from demons. To stop him from overloading on chakra at birth a special seal was placed on him at birth. This seal restrains a lot of chakra. He uses 1/10 of his regular chakra which is the equivalent of an very exceptional jounin’s chakra. The more injured or the more his primal instincts take over. When the seal on Ijin has weaking he has the ability to create chakra limbs sprout from his body and perform the chakra clone jutsu without hand seals. Ijin has to pour chakra out of him once every week to so the seal isn’t broken.

Name: Garandou kyuuban Souken Jutsu ( Void Sucker Creation Technique )

Description: This Jutsu requires a focus point before it is used. (usually an object that can be gripped.) The jutsu has a 10 second delay. Afterward a demonic figure rises from the earth. The figure is Ethereal so unable to hit using normal methods. The Figure then starts draining the chakra of everything with in a 100ft radius. The chakra rips out of the victims bodies in a matter of seconds. The demonic figure will then slowly recede back into the ground. This jutsu is near impossible to use by anybody it requires a very large supply of chakra to use.

While this jutsu is just as efficient at healing as the healing hands technique, this jutsu does cost considerably more chakra.

A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of chakra that is the complete opposite of the Healing Hands Technique. Through concentrating their chakra in a manner opposing the Chiyute, instead of rebuilding and restoring another person's cells, this jutsu intends to disrupt or even destroy a person's body.

This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.

Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. The exploding tags that the Third Hokage used were different than the usual bomb tags, being yellow in color instead of white with a red border.

History/Background Story: Ijin parents died when he was young they were murdered by a demon hunter clan. They managed to give him the special seal to suppress his chakra. They gave they baby away to an friend an old women that lived outside the mist village. Ijin lived with the women until he was 8. The women told him the bit of history of his parents she knew. Ijin went into a blind rage and killed her he left his home searching for the hunters and developing his skills. He finally found them when he was 10. He used his large amount of chakra and killed most of the clan. Afterwards he went to the Mist village and was taken in as a student of an explosive tag maker. The boy trained his skills with special jounin and powerful medical Jutsus. He became a jounin at 13 and was revered across the Mist. Until he had one of his outbreaks he ran away from the Mist becoming a rouge ninja. He used the name Rai to keep the mist of his trail. He tries to join the Akatsuki but was denied. He ended up creating his own organization called Keshin named after his clan. The Akatsuki didn’t like the competition and killed them. Only Ijin survived. Ijin spent the next several years refining his skills and waited for a chance to regain his power.
