Name: Garandou kyuuban Souken Jutsu ( Void Sucker Creation Technique )

Description: This Jutsu requires a focus point before it is used. (usually an object that can be gripped.) The jutsu has a 10 second delay. Afterward a demonic figure rises from the earth. The figure is Ethereal so unable to hit using normal methods. The Figure then starts draining the chakra of everything with in a 100ft radius. The chakra rips out of the victims bodies in a matter of seconds. The demonic figure will then slowly recede back into the ground. This jutsu is near impossible to use by anybody it requires a very large supply of chakra to use.

Description: This Jutsu creates a clone out of pure chakra. These clones can be used for various things. They can be absorbed by user or opponent which in turn could overload a person chakra system. The clone can destroy itself to use jutsus or turn itself into a pure chakra bomb. (Ijin and other people with overflowing chakra can create these clones without handsigns.)

Description: The user becomes a chakra magnet and starts to extract the chakra from the environment, other nearby ninjas, or any other nearby thing that contain chakra.

Chakra Ekisu Jutsu (Chakra Extractor Technique) should be a higher rank I believe.

Abareru Gufuu Shouheki Jutsu (Violent Tornado Enclosing Walls Technique) is very close to another jutsu on this site and as such I cannot accept it.

The first two look fine to me though.
