New Jutsu rule

When you create a character, no matter what rank they are, they can only have six jutsu.

All right. Even so, for Akatsuki members to only have 6 jutsus, don't you think them battling might be a little lame. Especially for any higher rank characters?

No. They can learn more jutsu as they do missions. It's unfair for them to start out with a bagillion S ranks, which they can technically before this rule.

I understand that. And I am sad to say I am an example of that. Also, I have changed my characters two primary uses from Puppets and Ninjutsu to Mirrors and Genjutsu, if thats not too much to ask. Also.... I would like to say maybe it'd be a little more acceptable at around 10 jutsus, just so people aren't using the same jutsu again and again and again, and they don't have like a mini-arsenal, and instead have a bigger attempt to beating someone.

I think that 6 is fine. It should take work to get any better than that. We shall need someone elses' opinion to break this tie of opinions. Sorry.

You can change them, so long as you make a note in your bingo book post. I think.

All right then. But I believe I need a mod to accept the change, considering that Mirrors is not an original assention to the jutsu type list.

Well, all changes to characters need to be mentioned in the bingo book and then accepted before they're finalized.
