Personality: Hiei has a smooth romantic type personality as he is always seen flirting with most kunoichi he is handsome seeing that most of those kunoichi falls in love with his looks he also is usually seen carrying a reddish-orange rose which he says has a smell that makes people more calmer when around him. Hiei is a calm down to earth guy who is prone to making friends he is a jokester who never misses an oppurtunity to make his comrades and people around him laugh. Hiei prefers to avoid battles unless neccessary but when he must hiei is a loyal comrade who will try his best at any battle.Hiei is very brave as he neverbacks down from any mission a rank or d rank, Hiei will try his best in everything he does whether it be a battle to the death or a fight for his love. Hiei's favorite food is celery and eggrolls and he loves hunting with his ferret Tavimaru and triaining with his friends. Hiei is a very understanding person who can usually look past certain peoples flaws but onr thing he absolutly hates the most and will never tolerate is one taking anothers life just for the heck of it, since he is something of a peace maker. Hiei strives to become the next leader of his clan so he can abolish all the seperation between the different parts of the Rikkai clan.

Jutsus:

Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death - With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target. In the Kurama clan filler arc of the anime, this jutsu seems to be quite versatile, with a wide range of variations on the standard nature theme. In addition to the disappearing and tree-growing effects of the jutsu, the user can produce flowers, seedpods, vines and multiple trees.
Silent Killing Technique- As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Zabuza was a master of this technique, and was even good enough to track and kill opponents through sound alone. The Hidden Mist Technique was used by Zabuza in conjunction with Silent Killing.
Genjutsu: Infinite Darkness Jutsu - This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen. Although it stops your sight seeing, it does not stop your other senses. In essence, the opponent can sense, hear and smell out the user of the technique and backfire its effects by landing one hit. In the anime, the Second Hokage was the one to initiate this technique. In the manga, it was the First Hokage.Genjutsu
Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel - Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood veseels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.
Shujutsushitsu No jutsu - Surgical Ninjutsu - The user uses healing chakra to preform medical needs on or off the battle feild. Can Pertain to, but is not limited to Eye Surgery or loss of limb Surgery.

Secret Healing Injury Destruction - Inyu Shometsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kabuto. Focusing his chakra to an area to be hit, he can begin the cell creation process the moment the area becomes injured. This ability to activate his cells and create new ones is the very reason why Orochimaru favored Kabuto's talents.

Medical Ninjutsu: Strong Beam - After charging medical chakra into her hands, Sakura palm thrusts the enemy and discarges the chakra, blasting the enemy away.

History/Background Story: Hiei has had a rough history due to the fact that most of his people were destroyed during the great war between the snow and the forest villages where almost all of his people were killed though Hiei was lucky that both his parents and his 28 year old sister survived note*( he was only 2 at the time while is sisler was 13 so she had to fight in the war) but even though he was fortunate enough to have all his family members survive. his family and 1 other family of the forest dwellers are the only survivors of the great war. An effect of the war was that his best friend lost all of his family which caused him to kill him self right infront of hiei which is y hiei doesnt like to spill blood unless necessary. Hiei bieng the only one of his sfamily to enroll into the academy in konoha is the strongest of all the Forest dwellers in the Rikkai clan and is striving to make his people the head of the clan so that he can become the Clan leader and remove the seperation that is within the clan.


Roleplay Sample: Lien sat under a tree outside of the village examining her blade that her father left for her before he died reminiscing on her good times living with Hiabi and struggles she had to over come without having the byakugan lien smiled to her self " Im going to be the next hokage" lien quickly jumped up and held her blade ready to strike sensing that someone was there " Come out who ever you are i know youre there i can sense your body heat" "You a kage Hah yea right you will never be a kage u little weakling" the rouge came from his hiding place revealing his yellow hair and orangish jumpsuit "to save you the humiliation i suffered ill end your life here." the rouge shinobi began making a string of hand seals "Shadow Clone Jutsu" 4 clones came rushing at lien all with a blue spiraling sphere in there hands but before the hits connected a stunned lien a man with the nara symbol came stopped all the clones in thier tracks. It was the Hokage " shikimaru kage thank you for saving me" " lien go back to the village ill deal with him" lien dissapeared from view. and so did the Rouge ninja....
