the member have one of there arm back as if the member is holding back a punch. the other arm is abit far but close to the mouth.as long as they stay in that stance they will be able to grow in chakra.:

They will ba able to tie the fight? Ok first that just doesnt make sence, a stance is for getting ready to grab a weopon or estimate the opponents moves. You dont win or tie a fight by a stance. You need to change that
