Everyone, you can have two, but ONLY TWO characters at the most.

So far Anei and Shinichi are the same person.

I am only Ukokei, but considering I work with Riariti's profile, her being my girlfriend and all, does that count as a second account?

Ya. She types herself. I just give her ideas of what to do. She's not the best at RPing, but she was experienced.
