Personality:Kira is only female from Uchiha who did well as ninja.She is granddaughter of Sasuke.She wears sword which she took from Sasuke after he died.When she was young she had many friends.She never starts fight until someone challenge or irritate her.When she was young she was trained so hard ad she i same like that now.She train every jutsu until she perfect it.She is a liitle shy person.She love her friends.And she loved her grandfather the most.She's kinda good person.She is very quick and smart,and she i skilled with her sword.

The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.

Type: A rank,Offensive,short range(0-5m)
Description:This technique is a variation of the Chidori. Kira can increase the range of her Chidori by using shape manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 5 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. In addition Kira can also extend the blade farther than its original length.

Description:Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kira's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kira use her quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because her opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow her to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

History/Background Story:Kira-Sasuke's granddaughter is only female Uchiha who did well as ninja.When she was borned her clan was already restored by Sasuke.Sasuke come up with that idea after killing his older brother Itachi and hearing the true story by Tobi.Kira started to train when she was still young,she was persist at all.She was always asking her grandfather to train her new techniques becouse her father never had time for her,and when she she learn it she would train so hard to perfect it.Sasuke was proud of her,whole Uchihas were pruod of her.She was advancing easily.Later she joined ANBU.But one day she found her grandfather death.She took her father's sword which he was wearing she swear on revenge.Someone close to her told her that persons who are beyond her fathers death are her brother and someone from Senju clan.Reason is still unknown.She left village and ANBU and become missing-nin.She started to train so hard becouse she knew her brother was stronger that she.After a year to training so hard she decided to join Akatsuki.

Description:Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

Description:Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

This one would be a custom jutsu and needs to be posted in the Creation Center.

The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kira, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.

I know. But on this site they are counted as seperate jutsu. Susanoo and the implosion technique aren't actually accepted at all. Natki-san made his character before we had any regulations and his format doesn't exactly fit into the rules.

If you want them you need to get them as seperate jutsu, excluding Susanoo and the implosion thingy.
