More Custom Lightning Jutsu

Description: This technique uses a metal band worn on the wrist, which Anei has many of. Channeling lightning chakra through the band, the band is converting to pure electric energy, just like the body is for the bolt movement technique. As it is now immaterial, its size and shape can be altered. It expands, shooting off the user’s arm. When the arm is clear, an electric field closes the gap, forming a solid, flat, circular wall of electric energy. Before it hits the enemy the middle stops moving while the outer edges continue to move, and it encircles the target till the band closes. In the end, it forms a sphere of near solid electrical energy, trapping the enemy within it. This all happens rather quickly, though a very fast ninja may be able to avoid it. As the band is moving forward, escaping through the back before it closes is impossible. Used on a grounded enemy it will form a dome, but if used on an enemy in the air they will fry, having no surface to touch but the wall. (A mixture of Zabuza’s Water prison jutsu and a jutsu in shippuuden I can’t explain for spoiler purposes)

Description: The user releases a very small amount of lightning chakra through every chakra hole in their body, in amounts minimal enough to do no damage, but instead causing only the light of the lightning to show. Causes a very bright flash of light, though its range is limited. Temporarily blinds a foe, lasting around 3 seconds. Usually used to cover movements for a follow-up technique.

Name: Senbon Teiza (Senbon Tazer)
Type: Offensive
Range: Regular senbon range.
Rank: C

Description: The user will charge a senbon in their hand with their lightning chakra, and then throw it as normal, but maintain a steady string of chakra from their hand/finger to the senbon so that when it strikes an opponent they can send an electrical current into their body through the senbon.

I had intended, despite the system in place now, to make a more reasonable chakra usage, as the first jutsu requires the chakra to be held in place rather than just used, it would use more...but...kay

As an A rank 10 is still too high. 8 is the highest you can go without increasing the rank.

For the last one, 6 is B rank range, 5 would fit for a C rank.
