Name: The Sokkenai Clan

Summary: This clan is able to freeze, sometimes used on purpose, though mostly they use it on accident and kill those they meant not to harm.

History: The Sokkenai clan is a fairly new clan to the main villages. It was found when Hyayaka Sokkenai moved from the Snow Village to the Wind Village. This man had unknown power that he hadn't shared with anyone. One day he got angry with another man and accidentally used his kekkei genkai on the man, killing him. The Sokkenai clan has been hated ever since then.

Traits: Most clan members have silver hair and white eyes.

Notes:

-Clan Founder- Hyayaka Sokkenai and Hiyaritoshita Sokkenai - Hyayaka and his daughter moved to the Wind village after his wife died. The village became more noticed once Hyayaka accidentally killed a man of his village.

-Clan Village - Village Hidden in the Sand (Wind Village) Previously the Snow Village

Rito was aggravated by the comment the man had given her. She grabbed the collar of his shirt and looked straight into his eyes. The man's eyes widened and frost started appearing on his skin as it hardened into ice. He was almost completely frozen when Rito noticed what she was doing and dropped the man. His hand broke off as he hit the ground and Rito ran from the room, out of fear and shock.

This can kill someone, yes? That's really powerful for a C rank. So you need to either up the rank, make it less powerful or add a weakness.

Hms, 'a lot' is relative. And taking damage doesn't really make sense here. Perhaps it'd be better if using this rank causes the user to fall unconscious, or you could up it to a B.
