Description: Onbin focuses chakra into his palm. Water around his hand starts to be drawn in his hand. The chakra acts as a curcuit going through the water and his palm. The chakra can harden and can form a variety of diffrent weapons and items with this jutsu.

Hm. The first one's fine. I would say that the second one should be changed a little. Does it only form one weapon? Or can you form as many as the water nearby allows?

I guess three chakra for each weapon. That's how it should be.

I would agree to that. I could be mean and say that there should be a limit per rank but I'll be nice. ^__^

In other words, you could create as many as you have CK for.
