Description: Onbin focuses chakra into his palm. Water around his hand starts to be drawn in his hand. The chakra acts as a curcuit going through the water and his palm. The chakra can harden and can form a variety of diffrent weapons and items with this jutsu.

Description: This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise, which Sasuke has done twice in the anime. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.
This technique is sometimes referred to as the Art of Projection ("Utsusemi no Jutsu") in other manga and anime series.

History/Background Story: Onbin lives in the Hidden Sand Village. Onbin’s father and mother were very cruel at any second of defiance or having his will he would be struck. He became very timid and anti-social because of this. One day when he was in the attic he stumbled into a small shrine where a scroll was placed. Not thinking of the consequence he wrote his name in the scroll. He accidentally stabbed his thumb and a dab of blood his dropped on the contract. The contact busted into blue flames. The boy was given the Kaiyougan. His parents were very angered at this saying it was the families sacred scroll. One night he overheard them speaking about killing him and taking his eyes. He grabbed the families special kunai Umi and waited in his bed for them. He killed them using the element of surprised. He freaked out over killing his parents and stayed by there bodies for three days. Until he was dragged away from then by a Jounin that was walking by that noticed all the blood on the boy while he stepping outside. He was raised in a orphanage never being able to break his shy and timid habits. He now plans on going to the academy he ran away from the orphanage. He currently lives in a abandoned apartment in a ruined part of town.
