Looks: Raku is a very tall man of about 5’11” and 175Lb with short spiky black hair and a wolf ANBU mask covering his face, to hide his true identity. He wars a black leather trench coat lined with chain mail lining, and a white sinister looking smile face on the back. Under the trench he wares a tight black short sleeve shirt with a custom built armored vest with pockets for kunai and other ninja tools, and wrappings covering his forearms and hands. He wars the bottom half of a karategi that is also black with wrappings covering the feet and shins. There are steel plates in the wrappings covering his shins. He caries 2 katanas on his back and the chained wind sickle on his belt

Personality: Raku was once umm.. Well he was a arrogant unruly ass hole who wont listen to anyone, But has in resent years changed his ways . He is a quiet man who likes his peace he can be usually be found meditating or training by him self in the forest. After years of endless fighting he now tries to end conflict with words instead of actions.

History/Background Story:

Birth - 5
Raku was born aug 8th during a large storm, he was born a month and a half early and the doctors told his mother he would not make it. He was strong and, proved the doctors wrong. When Raku was 5 the head of the Shikon clan told him that he was one of the very small number of holders of the doppelganger, and would have to train with him to unlock its full potential.

6 -10
When Raku turned 6 he started his doppelganger training and by the time he turned 7 he was able to hold the doppelganger state for over 45min, and was had total control over his wind chakra. He entered the academy at age 8 and graduated at 9. At 10 he was already a chunin and well on his way to becoming a jounin.

10-15
Raku spent four years as a chunin doing missions for the village before he was recruited into the ANBU. After that not much is known and technically no longer exsits his life is shrouded in mystery. All that is known is that he was one of the top ANBU operatives and had never failed a mission. Roumor says that he was a expert in assassinations .

15-Now

He spent five years in the ANBU with no incident completing mission after mission. Two years ago Raku left on a classified mission, and never returned it was believed that he died. Until 6 months ago when he walked into a bar in a small village and killed 7 men in a argument about witch is beter sake or whiskey. There have ben more and more roomers of him in small villages but none have ben substantiated .
