Description: This jutsu activates the Kaiyougan once activated the users pupils turn a light blue. The user can then see the water in all objects and able to tell about how much water is in something.

Requirements: You must learn this jutsu from someone who knows it. At the moment only Onbin-san knows this jutsu.

Price - 5,000 Yen (The price of this jutsu will increase by 5,000 Yen everytime this jutsu is bought.)
