Chakra Usage 3 per weapon
Description: Onbin focuses chakra into his palm. Water around his hand starts to be drawn in his hand. The chakra acts as a curcuit going through the water and his palm. The chakra can harden and can form a variety of diffrent weapons and items with this jutsu.

Requirements: You must learn this jutsu from someone who knows it. At the moment only Onbin-san knows this jutsu.

Price - 5,000 Yen (The price of this jutsu will increase by 5,000 Yen everytime this jutsu is bought.)
