Re: 1st Lesson
*He smiles a little, receiving no praise nor criticism, resting soundly in the middle. just the way he liked it. he read the third question over again to make sure he had the details right, and pondered for just a moment, leaning back in his chair, the fourth button on his shirt coming undone again. chewing his inner lip once more he buttons it up, then leans forward and begins to write.*
3. As noted before, uncontrollable variations could greatly affect the outcome of the scenario, and unlike the previous question, this one might not be so easily solved with simple jutsu. The positioning of the chairs could be a deciding factor, as well as the position of the alarm in relation to the hostages and the captors. assuming for the sake of making things unfortunately complicated and realistic, I'll assume the chairs we are tied to are separated from each other by a foot or so each, and the alarm is a few feet from the guards. the one advantage is that the guards have their backs turned to us. as long as it is done quietly, escaping the ropes will be an easy task, leaving all teammates able to act freely against their captors. a simple rope escape jutsu may suffice for the teammate furthest from the captors, who can then uncut the remaining teammates, if possible. Assuming you are not numerous enough to dispose of the guards, getting between them and the alarm is priority number one, after escaping. a simple genjutsu may suffice to distract the guards long enough to make a hasty escape. if however the complex in which we are held is large enough for the alarm to be raised before we near the exit, the alarm will have to be disabled or the guards incapacitated. in a similar method as the second problem, teammates could perhaps use the replacement technique to switch places with any enemy shinobi that near the alarm while working to dispatch them, although that could end up being confusing. a sneak attack after escaping is ideal, if it can be handled quickly. if not, try to use afforementioned strategies to distract the guards long enough to disable the alarm or escape.

"You pass." Kayn smiled knowing he had another great successor before him.
"Good luck in your next class." Kayn said knowing the student probably wouldn't need it.

Re: 1st Lesson
Looking at the board studying it quietly not quite understanding the first lesson but tries anyway.
1. My job for the sqaud for it to be sucessful would be support taijutsu and distracting the enemy. In a situation where we are in a three man squad fighting with another three man sqaud I would use my Finger Bullet Drill as a distraction for my teammate and follow with my Earth Flow River giving them enough time to launch a powerful ninjutsu for me not having much success with ninjutsu. My taijutsu would also wear down because of my speed. I would be doing heavy damage with my taijutsu slowing them down even more. I have the support taijutsu role giving a variety of options for my teammates.
